All that is required to get into PCC is a 2.5 grade average in Highschool and a similar ACT test score. I was homeschooled with no formal schooling record and still got in. A lot of students who fail in other locations get sent here by their parents as one would send kids to military school. (p.s. Parents, it doesn't work. Drone or Devious those are the only outcome options.)
